dedicate a corner or spot or two to rotate burying your scraps. If you're collecting from your kitchen, wait until the bin is full which usually a week but you know how much you collect. Dig deep, chop with shovel (will mix a bit) and cover. By the time you return to the first hole, everything should be broken down. either use it or bury more.
I really enjoyed just burying in the same two spots because it fed my peppers and tomatoes and they enjoyed it!
